We would like to raise your attention to the updated deadline for submitting research papers to this interesting Call for papers of SYSTEMS.

From the CfP:

“Recent years have seen threats to societal and democratic values such as online election manipulation, radicalization, “normalisation” of extreme behaviour, and the re-emergence of racist phenomena across all spectrums of social life. To overcome such unfortunately still presented social challenges, the need for policies that relieve these threats, without producing critical consequences or infringing on fundamental rights like the freedom of speech, is very urgent.

In this context, the Special Issues aims at understanding how policy makers could benefit from the application of quantitative and simulation methods in their effort to resolve such issues, hence evaluating ex-ante the potential effectiveness of their decisions/policies in this field.“

Guest Editors: Dr. Stefano Armenia (s.armenia@unilink.it), Dr. George Tsaples and Dr. Eduardo Ferreira Franco
