Vincent Galarneau

Vincent Galarneau is Agricultural and Environmental Consultant for Vivre en Ville, a public interest organization that contributes to the development of sustainable communities throughout Quebec, Canada. Awarded a Bachelor of Environmental Science and a Master of Arts in Anthropology from Laval University, Vincent Galarneau has overseen the implementation of several urban community gardens, established collective marketing schemes for small businesses and contributed to different studies and scientific publications. He's the main author of Feeding cities : Placing food at the heart of communities, a book published by Vivre en Ville in January 2015 that promotes the inclusion of local food systems into urban and regional planning.
